1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid for registration, course enrollment, and other services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes digital course content, offline/online classes, and other academic services.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Course cancellation by Lencop Academy.

  • Duplicate payment made by the student (after proper verification).

In such cases, the refund process may take up to 7–10 working days after the written request is submitted and verified.
